These Terms of Service govern your use of maidsandnanniesae.com and the services provided by MAIDS AND NANNIES FOR CLEANING SERVICES - L.L.C - S.P.C (“Maids and Nannies”, “we”, “us”), a limited liability company (sole proprietorship) licensed by the Abu Dhabi Department of Economic Development under Licence No. CN-6767484, located in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. By using our website or services, you agree to these terms.

1. Our services

We provide interior cleaning services for residential and commercial buildings in Abu Dhabi, including apartments, villas and offices, in line with our licensed activity: Interior Buildings Cleaning Services (8121001). The scope, date and price of each service are confirmed before the visit.

2. Bookings and access

  • Bookings are confirmed once we send you a written confirmation by email or message.
  • You agree to give our team safe access to the property at the agreed time.
  • Please secure valuables and tell us about fragile items, surfaces that need special care, or pets before the visit.
  • If you have a concern about the quality of a cleaning, tell us within 24 hours and we will arrange a re-clean of the affected areas where appropriate.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are confirmed in writing before services start. Payments are due as stated in your quote or invoice, and prices are in UAE dirhams (AED) unless stated otherwise.

4. Cancellations

You may cancel or reschedule a booking free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled visit. Later cancellations may be charged as stated in your booking confirmation.

5. Liability

We provide our services with reasonable care and skill. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Any damage caused by our team must be reported within 24 hours of the visit so we can review it.

6. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, design and logos, belongs to Maids and Nannies and may not be copied without our written permission.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Abu Dhabi.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version is always published on this page.
